TG HomeSafe™ will respond immediately, if your home becomes the target of real estate fraud or forgery.  The insurer will defend the ownership interest in your home from actions or claims from third parties, arising from fraud or forgery. The cost of the policy is based on a reasonable, one-time charge of $275.00, (plus applicable taxes), for a home up to $650,000.00.*
