Members who currently have a Credit Union Mastercard ® may review their Mastercard ® account information Online. Credit Union Mastercard ® applications are available in branch. If you would like more information or an application, please come in and apply or call us and we'll be happy to mail an application directly to you.

Mastercard ® online

MasterCard cardholders can check their credit card accounts online at cucardsonline.com. The web site provides cardholders with the following conveniences:

• Account Information account balances, recent transactions, online statements, points balance, current interest rate, credit limit, and payment information.
• Services requesting a credit limit increase, ordering MasterCard cheques, requesting additional cards, completing address and telephone number changes, or disputing a transaction.
• Help Centre Cardholders can communicate with a customer service representative online.
