The Exchange® ATM Network
The Exchange® allows our members convenient, surchargefree access to DEPOSITS and WITHDRAWALS at numerous additional ATMs across Canada. THE EXCHANGE® is a shared network of ATMs across the country that allows cardholders from any participating financial institution to access full function ATM services, including withdrawal and deposit-taking services on a surcharge-free basis. Credit Union members who use THE EXCHANGE® ATMs versus conventional ATM networks will save an average of $1.50 per transaction.

ATM Directory Reference Guide for Students
We are now part of a new surcharge free ATM network in the United States. Complimenting the existing 190,000+ Exchange network ATMs in the US, this new network identified as No SUR! The new No SUR! network has over 900 surcharge free ATMs and all are identified with the No SUR! brand. Peoples Credit Union members are guaranteed their withdrawals are surcharge free at all of these ATMs and new ATM locations are always being added to No SUR! You can easily identify these ATMs using the US EXCHANGE/ACCEL ATM locator, or while travelling in the US simply look for the No SUR! brand displayed on the ATM as shown above.

MasterCard cardholders can check their credit card accounts online at cucardsonline.com.
The web site provides cardholders with the following conveniences:
- Account Information account balances, recent transactions, online statements, points balance, current interest rate, credit limit, and payment information.
- Services requesting a credit limit increase, ordering MasterCard cheques, requesting additional cards, completing address and telephone number changes, or disputing a transaction.
- Help Centre Cardholders can communicate with a customer service representative online.
Cardholders who require assistance using cucardsonline.com can call 1-888-546-5487 or send an e-mail to service@cucardsonline.com. Note: Payments cannot be made on the site.
Consumer Safety-tips for Debit Card Use:
- Your debit card is the key to your account(s). You should never lend your card to anyone, including friends and family.
- Do not carry your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in written form, unless the written PIN is not carried next to the debit card and is thoroughly disguised.
- When selecting your PIN, you should always avoid the obvious and never use your address, telephone number, date of birth, or social insurance number.
- You should never let your debit card out of sight when conducting a transaction.
- You should always conduct transactions with your debit cardwhen and where you feel most secure.
- When conducting a transaction, you should use your handor body to shield your PIN.
- After completing a transaction, you should remember to take your banking card and, if provided, your transaction record.
- If your banking card is lost, stolen or retained by an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), you should notify your Credit Union immediately.
- No one from your Credit Union will ever request that a member provide him or her with their PIN.
- You should remember that your safety comes first. You should report any theft incident to the police and your financial institution.
Using your debit card outside of Canada
If you will be travelling outside of Canada, you can use your Peoples Credit Union MemberCard® at any ATM that is part of the Plus® network. Just look for the logo shown below:
